RECONDITIONING OF because of the unusual qualities of controllable pitch propeller or variable propeller, replacement of new CPP are very expensive, so we offer reconditioning on Blade and Journal hub such as:

  1. • Straightening mis alligned blades @ various radius
  2. • Aligning leading and trailing edges, polishing and weight balance
  3. • Re-facing CPP blades journal fit on journal hub
  4. • Re-conditioning and modification of journal hub assembly, including machining, drilling, tapping and inserting sleeve (same material as mother metal) to fit CPP Blades to journal hub as per approved tolerance.
